Disable Image documents OCR prompt

Dear M-Files Forum 
 Is there a possibility to remove this prompt? Or is there a way to exclude certain file types from this?

On on-premises servers you can modify the FileExtsForOCR registry setting described in Registry Settings for M-Files OCR . 
 The setting seems to be available also on vault level in Advanced Vault Settings > Scanning & OCR > File Formats (system administrator rights required).
