Email notification for new assignments

Hi, everbody!

I had a problem with notifications of new assignments in M-Files and would like to know if anyone has overcome the same problem.

When creating a new assignment, a notification is being sent, but marked as spam.

And when this same assignment is completed, the notification is normally sent to the email inbox.

Can you help me about it please?

Spam filters are third party services not controlled by M-Files. You should be able to whitelist the notification sender in your spam filter settings.
