M-Files Client / Admin Tools on Windows 10 ARM (for M3 Macs)

No updates as far as I know, ARM support is not on the active roadmap.

Given the release of the Copilot Plus laptop ranges with ARM processors, it looks like this will become an increasing incompatibility issue. It seems mad to me that M-files can’t make a system compatible with Apple devices and ‘some’ PCs. The Web app is just a bad sticking plaster. Please focus on the full compatibility that we are asking for, rather than trying to get the Web app to be less useless. 

If I understand correctly there will be a new Desktop Client in 2025.. I think the current Client won't get arm64 Support, but I could imagine it for the new one..

We've not announced anything on this, but rest assured that your comments have been passed on internally.

Some of my employees + customers have the new M4 and cant run it on parallels. Are there any news regarding this topic?

For now I believe the only supported option is via M-Files Web.  I will, however, re-raise this topic with the product leadership so that they're aware of this need.

Our longer-term vision for the Admin tool ("server tools") is that it is also web-based.  We discussed this vision during a few sessions in Athens last week.  Whilst we have not announced specific platform support, at this juncture I do not see that we would be using any technology that creates an OS- or architecture-constraint for these.  Note, though, that the new Admin tool is not going to be available for some time.

Wouldn't it be a nice Long Term Vision for M-Files Server to leave Microsoft OS? ;D
