Can we configure SSO authentication and M-file user authentication together in vault ?

This works directly if you define the federated authentication scope to only apply to Windows users. M-Files users can login as before but Windows users would be directed to Entra ID. This is for instance how the instructions in Configuring Vault Authentication with Microsoft Entra ID in On-Premises Environments have been written (scope *:Windows).

Note that in cloud vaults you may not need to do anything additional for Entra ID authentication since M-Files Login Service can provide this automatically. More information in the M-Files Manage user guide.
