A question on the GroundLink - proxy in combination with the used login-account for administration on the on-premise server. The customer want to switch to another account. So for example we have:
domain\admin_previous
and now they want to use:
domain\admin_new
Both accounts are system administrator within the M-Files server roles,
Using M-Files Admin and logging on with the user domain\admin_previous, access is acquired on the ground link proxies (vaults).
Following this artice, Article, the new login should be created, in M-Files Admin, the connection needs to be disconnected/connected and the new account should have access to the GroundLink-vaults.
But we keep the message "The login account is missing". So why is access not 'transferred' to this new account?
And what could be my options here to enforce this in someway, and so the new account can be taken in use?
The 2 GLP-proxy instances we're using, both are configured with Firebird.
