I am using Object Creator to treat CK - Controlled Documents as templates. So, a user may select a controlled document, and use an object creator button to create a copy. The purpose is to create a new document with a different class and document type (not possible with the template functionality).
I have run into an issue, where the user group to use this Object Creator button does not have access to the File Source from the File Copy Rules (see photo). If you are familiar with the compliance kit, released Documents get permissions that are View Only For All. This is the Source for my object creator rule, however when creating a file copy it takes that source's 'Created From Version' document, which has a different permission set, not available to everyone.
Is it possible to have Object Creator work around typical permission sets, in this case, to create a copy from a document that typically a user would not have access to?
