How to create automated assignments for specific user or group?
When creating connection to external source. For example, connection to scanner (specific Windows folder)…
But I want to create assignments to fetched documents, what works fine, but problem is that.
I cannot assign that automated assignment to any specific user or group.
At the moment I have to open created assignment in M-Files and assign it to somebody.
One option is to put the imported documents into a workflow (you can add the workflow in the external source settings) and then create the assignment in the first workflow state. Then you can use all the workflow options to define the assignees.
