Service Governance – Monthly task planning and usage reporting included in all packages

Delivery process
  1. The scope of the Expert Service is the contracted hours per month
  2. Assigned Service Manager and/or Solution Consultant meet with customer to plan activities for the coming month that fit within monthly allotment of hours
  3. During the month, solution consultant will work on these activities as well as respond to any ad-hoc requests
  4. At the end of the month, customer will receive a report outlining the services completed during the month
  5. Any hours not consumed will not carry over into the following month, with the exception of the first 3 months where hours are allowed to be carried over as we establish the working cadence and backlog of items with you
  6. Customer can upgrade to larger package at any time if more monthly hours are needed to complete activities as priorities change and new business needs arise
