Gartner Peer Insights is an online platform for reviews and ratings of IT software and services. It helps business and IT leaders make more insightful purchase decisions and helps technology providers improve their products by receiving objective unbiased feedback from their customers.

Gartner has started their initial research process for a new Magic Quadrant and Critical Capabilities for Document Management, and M-Files has been initially selected for review! Gartner analysts will leverage relevant Gartner Peer Insights reviews.

Note: Ratings from M-Files partners do not contribute to the overall ratings and are not counted for Gartner's reports.

*The customer receives their incentive after the review has been vetted and approved by our moderation team, not when their review is submitted. It takes Gartner Peer Insights anywhere from 3-10 business days to fully moderate and approve a review. After the review is approved, the customer will receive an email with steps to redeem their incentive. The customer can check the status of their review at any point within their User Profile. If the review is not approved, the customer will not receive an incentive.
