Our service provider responsible for delivering M-Files Notifications experienced an issue that has now been resolved.
The issue affected many of our cloud vaults and lasted from approximately 9:30 UTC on November 28th, 2024, to around 10:00 UTC on November 29th, 2024.
Our service provider has resolved the issue, and the mail queues have been processed.
No action is required from customers or partners at this time. We have engaged in a process with our service provider to prevent similar incidents in the future.
