Main improvements and fixes:
Improvement: Two-factor authentication (2FA) and single-sign on (SSO) for company admins
Description: Company admin users can now enable 2FA and SSO for other company admins in addition to normal users.
Improvement: Reordering for links in the Useful Links widget
Description: You can now change the order of the links in the Useful Links widget.
Improvement: Better user experience for drop-down menus
Description: Drop-down menus in M-Files Hubshare are now easier to use.
Improvement: Internal user management with API
Description: You can now use the M-Files Hubshare API to change internal user details. The supported fields are: First name, Last name, Email, Phone number, Mobile phone number, and Fax number.
Defect: Hub logo not shown in notification emails
Symptom: The hub logo is not always shown in notification emails.
Defect: Project name shown in incorrect language
Symptom: The name of a project can be given in many languages in a multi-language hub, but the project name does not always use the correct translation.
These items will be available in the March 2023 release of M-Files Plugin for Hubshare:
Improvement: Scheduled synchronization between M-Files Hubshare and M-Files
Description: Admins can now specify an update schedule for updating hub, user, and user group information from M-Files Hubshare to M-Files.
Improvement: Improved processing of external object types for M-Files Plugin for Hubshare
Description: M-Files Plugin for Hubshare is now better at using external object types when M-Files objects are used to create or update M-Files Hubshare users.
Improvement: Configurable hub status with new hub creation
Description: You can now use M-Files Plugin for Hubshare to create new hubs in the Design state. The default state for hubs is still Active.
