Improvement: Electronic signature: add an option to skip user rights to make the webhook work again

Improvement: Update Pdftron viewer to latest version

Description: Document viewer component updated to the latest version.
Defect: M-Files: Time property is changed to three hours earlier when editing metadata

Symptom: When editing file metadata in the M-Files Widget, the value of the time -property is reduced by three hours.
Solution: Fixed.
Defect: M-Files Views: cannot replace a document even if versioning is allowed

Symptom: Cannot replace a document in the M-Files View widget, even if versioning is allowed.
Solution: Fixed.
Defect: Company: cannot change company/root hub name as administrator

Symptom: Company admin, or the company owner is not able to edit the root hub name under General Configuration.
Solution: Fixed.
Defect: Hub loading very slowly due to number of widgets/dashboards

Symptom: With a lot of widgets (80+) and dashboards (25+) the hub performance got slow.
Solution: Fixed.
