The M-Files Online 23.3 includes additional internal object types visible to users: Email, and Email Conversation. While the usages for these object types could vary in the future, first they will be used for the upcoming Advanced Outlook Integration.
Should you wish to hide them from a vault for your users currently, you can do so in M-Files Admin:
- Open M-Files Admin
- In the task pane on a vault, right click on the "Metadata Structure (Hierarchical View) and select "Show All Object Types and Classes"
- Right click on "Email" Object Type and select "Properties"
- Deselect "Show the creation command in the task area"
- Click "OK"
- Repeat the process for the "Email Conversation" Object Type
