We are informing you of an additional M-Files Cloud service break, and the availability of a new M-Files Online 24.1 Service Release.
- The service break for M-Files cloud will take place on Sunday February 4th 08:00-16:00 UTC. No action required from your side.
- If you have an on-premises deployment and are affected by either of the issues described below, please update your serv er to the latest release (24.1.13312.12). For cloud customers no action is required on your side, and no additional client updates are necessary for either cloud or on-premises customers.
- Affected customer will also be notified via email.
For on-premises customers, please get the 24.1.13312.12 release when it is made available via the download page.
The service release being deployed addresses the following issues:
- #169516 - For customers using M-Files Classic Web, an issue may cause decreased service availability for M-Files Cloud after the M-Files January '24 Update.
- #169631 - Legacy external database connections do not operate correctly with the M-Files January '24 update. Database operations could fail if operations were trying to modify external objects from script or vault application.
- #169679 - M-Files Server may crash if ACL pseudo user propagation finds both object and object version specific references during collecting dependencies.
