As we continually strive to enhance your experience, you may occasionally receive a question regarding your interaction with M-Files Desktop and Web, straight from the platform.
These inquiries, brief but insightful, will provide us with a clear understanding of our strengths and, more importantly, the areas where we can make improvements. Your input is crucial in helping us deliver an increasingly seamless and beneficial experience with our platform.
Our In-app User Satisfaction Measurement will give us the capability to collect user feedback and measure user satisfaction within Desktop and New Web Clients. These inquiries will come live on June 18th, and the questionnaire will run for approximately 4 weeks.
How does it work?
- When a user accesses a Vault for the first time after the June update, a pop-up window will appear asking user to give feedback on their perceived usefulness of the client in use.
- This is targeted only for users with system language set to English.
- Questionnaires are client specific, meaning the same User can get the pop-up in both Desktop & New Web clients.
- If user answers, the pop-up will not appear in the same client.
- If the user declines to answer, the same pop-up can appear again after 7 days until the end of the of the 4 weeks.
