Whether you have Named, Concurrent, or Read-Only licenses, M-Files Manage Insights equips you with the data you need to make informed decisions.
- Historical Trends for Named and Read-Only Licenses: Enjoy a comprehensive view of user access trends with data spanning the last 180 days.
- In-Depth Analysis for Concurrent Licenses: Uncover hourly usage patterns for the past week and daily trends over a 180-day period to maximize license efficiency.
- Objects and Database Growth Metrics: Gain a 180-day overview of the growth trends in objects, object versions, and database sizes to better plan for future needs.

Why are we doing this release?
- We understand the challenges that our customers have been facing, such as tracking the utilization of concurrent licenses or troubleshooting access issues when all available licenses for M-Files are in use. Our solution enables customers to maximize their M-Files investment more effectively.
- Insight into the growth patterns of M-Files usage is crucial for administrators who need to plan for future capacity requirements. Our tools offer valuable metrics on object and database trends to facilitate informed decision-making.
Who will experience this release?
- This feature is accessible to administrative personnel of customers who have access to M-Files Manage, which currently includes all M-Files New Cloud customers.
- We are in the process of extending M-Files Manage access to our on-premises customers. Once this is implemented, the feature will become available to those customers as well.
When will it be available?
- It will be available Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
