As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience with M-Files, we continuously review our features and make necessary adjustments.
In our January update, we streamlined the “Share as PDF” context menu by removing some sharing options. Our data suggested these options were not frequently used, and their removal was a step towards a more simplified and efficient sharing experience.
However, we understand that communication is key, and we’ve heard your feedback loud and clear. We’ve taken the time to thoroughly analyze your responses and have reopened internal discussions about these options. We acknowledge "Send as PDF by Email" feature's importance in certain use cases and wish to inform you that it will be making a comeback in the M-Files May update.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes and appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve. We are committed to refining our deprecation processes to ensure that the voices of all stakeholders, both internal and external, are heard when planning changes to existing functionality.
