Cleaning the M-Files vault

You should archive event logs every now and then especially if you have Advanced Event Log features enabled in the vault: Archiving M-Files Event Logs

When Advanced Event Log is enabled, we recommend using the Log Exporter module to automate the archiving. Then you don't need to remember to do it manually.

To bring the vault size down, you can also archive old versions or export and destroy some of the content that is not needed anymore.
