Compare drawing (DWG)

Question

Hi, I understand that we can compare word document with the previous version using the compare features on the word ribbon. Can we do the same for dwg document ?

This isn't possible with the official comparison features, they only support textual documents ( Advanced Document Compare supports DOC, DOCX, PDF, and RTF). 
 Anyway, what are you actually looking to compare in the DWG files? The title blocks in the drawing only or the drawing itself somehow? How are you envisioning that a comparison of a drawing with a previous version would work?
