Error at login - object operations are not allowed because the M-Files compliance kit is not complete.

Hi, 

Getting the error 'object operations are not allowed because the M-Files compliance kit is not complete' at log in.

Compliance kit it working fine and all complete. License is ok. This is only happening with one user and they have used M-Files previously with no issues.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    On that user's computer go to M-Files Desktop Settings, select the Settings tab, select Computer-specific Settings, use Destroy Local Data for the vault. User needs to be logged out of the vault before you attempt this.

    Success is not guaranteed, but it is worth a try.
