Is it possible to put a textbox on a PDF in M-Files when I view the preview?

Invoices should also be added a text block with the project number, so that they are complete, is there a solution? The text block should not be a layer but really be a fixed part of the PDF, so that when it is exported the number remains present.

    This is not possible in the preview, but there's an add-on module called PDF Processor that can stamp information such as a project number on the file. You can configure PDF Processor to run for instance in the first workflow state when an invoice is imported to M-Files.
