How to see individual user's usage?

Currently you need to extract this information from the vault event logs. You can search for events by type and by user in M-Files Admin so if you want to check how often a specific user is logging in, you can do that in M-Files Admin. However if you want to create reports (e.g. see which users are logging in least often), you would need to first export the event logs from the vault and then use some reporting tool with the exported log data.

Looking forward, we are planning to introduce product use insights that might help in these types of situations (depending on the exact information you are looking for). This is still in early discovery phase so we don't yet have details to share but it's on our radar.
