  • I'm not sure off the top of my head, but I would do the following:

    1. Log out from the vault (open the "M" drive, right-click on the vault name, and select "Log out"), then back in, and see whether this still happens.
    2. If it does then check any Metadata Card Configuration rules to see whether they perhaps refer to an object type that no longer exists (one with ID 122, by looks of it).
