Sometimes my users need to create a copy of a file to use elsewhere and would like this new file to be "blank" and specifically not to have the work review process which the old file went through switched on/in its later stages.
I advise them to open the original file, and use the "save as, new document" in the M-Files ribbon to create a copy of the file but with fully cleared metadata. Could this option be added to the right click menu from the view? At the moment if you right click and use "make copy" the metadata is retained, which means it assumes the same work review process will be used.
