Hi, I am looking as some clients that have the ability to enable and configure Detail Listings.
Could someone help me find out how to make this function available?
Kind Regards

What you are referring to, I think, is the View Extensions UI application: M-Files View Extensions | M-Files Catalog
One thing I would highlight is that View Extensions is not supported in some of our new clients, including M-Files Web. As you are a partner I would suggest that you look at this document: M-Files Client Feature Comparison.pdf
Hi Craig,
what about the new Desktop Client coming in 2025? Will it still support View Extensions?
The new Desktop client currently does not support View Extensions. We have heard feedback from a number of partners about the functionality that View Extensions brings and that has been passed to the relevant product owner. I have nothing else I can really announce around that at the moment.
One thing I do want to highlight is that when the new desktop client is released it will not immediately replace the current/classic one. If you have users who are actively using View Extensions then the classic client - and the View Extensions functionality within it - will not disappear overnight.
Thank you Craig
This is a really good Info (that the "old" Client will still be supported for the time beeing) and I already thought that View Extensions would not directly be available in the new Client but I also suggest to think about that feature and maybe even make a better View Extensions cause this extension didn't get the love it deserved from M-Files Side IMHO.. ;)

As I said: not much else I can really say about this right now (it's not a part of the product that I directly help guide), but I can say that the feedback has been heard and passed to various people in Product Management.
