Report with records URLs

It depends what you mean by "records".  Possibly the easiest approach is to create a dataset containing the data you want (e.g. using the reporting functionality to export to a database, or creating a view and exporting it to CSV), then create the URL manually by concatenating together the bits that are needed: M-Files URL properties
