majority approval workflow

Hello,

I'm trying to do an approval workflow where it's assigned to 5 managers. If 3 managers approved the workflow then is approved, and if 3 managers selected rejected then the workflow is rejected.

How can I increment the approval/ rejection count in the workflow? and how to not allow managers approve the request on behalf of other managers?

Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated!

    This type of majority approval is not supported by the built-in assignments: either you require that all managers approve, or that it's enough that any one of the managers approves. If any manager rejects, the assignment is considered rejected. For customized logic such as what you are a proposing you would have to develop a custom extension that would somehow manage this voting.
