I've ran into an issue with only 1 user in the system. the user creates a document using a template and fills in the property definitions to be reflected into the template document, once he checks it in, the document is opened but the inserted properties of the document are not filled.
I tried to clear the cache, delete m-files and redownload it but nothing seems to fix the issue. is there something else I can do?
