However, workflows will only work in the receiving vault if the affected object types, classes, and properties have the same IDs, names or aliases and, of course, that they are present in the receiving vault. It is recommended to use aliases because you can control them independently of other aspects and make sure they are identical and unambiguous across several vaults. Even when you copy a vault the elements are likely to get different IDs in the new vault. And names can easily be changed or be ambiguous.
