Default text in comment for State change

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to have a default text when the comment window pops-up, when manually changing state? Like so:

We tried modifying the Comment property in the vault Configurations>Metadata Card, in Configuration>Rules>Document, Behavior>Property, and then adding the Comment property and trying to change the Set value, but it didn't work.
