I have an improvement suggestion regarding the option for "Convert to Multi-File Document"
I am trying to promote the use of "Multi-File Documents" in our organisation.
Our users know by now that when their file has the 'green book' icon, they can add multiple documents to a file. This is fine if a document class is MFD by default or is converted to MFD automatically.
However, when I try to tell our users that they can also convert a document to a MFD themselves by selecting "Convert to Multi-File Document", they find the terminology confusing and often they cannot find (or forget) the command.
If there was the MFD icon next to the "Convert to Multi-File Document" command, I believe that users would know better the command they need to select. Maybe it's me, but I thought that the icon was next to the command in previous versions?
Or/and, I believe that placing the command on the metadata card top ribbon could also keep this command visible and convenient, so that users could convert to MFD with one simple click.
