Destroy deleted objects

You can use scheduled content replication.

go for a filter like "Deleted = Yes" and export those objects out with the option "destroy objects after export"

When creating a scheduled content replication then that option is greyed-out and not possible to execute.
When doing the one time export then the option is possible.

User guide: "You cannot select this setting if you have selected to export the latest versions or changes since the latest run only." Make sure you have not selected one of those, typically it's the "changes since the latest run only" option that you need to unselect.

You should also note that the destroyed files are not removed from the disk until you run a Optimize Database (Thorough) with the vault taken offline if your vault database runs on SQL. This may not be important if the number of objects is relatively small and the typical size is small. But with large files there can be quite a lot of disk space involved. I have a customer where I typically can release 300 - 450 GB disk space twice a year simply by destroying old versions of a few hundred large files that get new versions every 2 weeks.
