Need old Desktop Installer

Hi there

In order to uninstall an old M-Files instance I’m in need of the M-Files_x64_deu_20_8_3339_5.msi Installer.

This due to the fact that, the installation of the latest M-Files Release always runs into following error messages:

Unfortunately I do not have access to M-Files Support portal - thus my post in here :-(

Anyone out there who could provide me mentioned installer?

    thanks for your suggestion .. In fact, I already tried to circumvent the download mechanism by substituting the link as outlined - unfortunately to no avail.

    Unfortunately I do not have a acces to M-Files Support Portal and when trying to reach support through email I get this:
