Inconsistent prompt about folders

My user is experiencing an prompt stating "Folder .... no longer exists" After Bulk changing the objects in said folder. This is not consistently happening. Not a major concern, but, curious if there is any ability to adjust or change the prerequisites for this prompt? They is using M-Files the way we intended the process to be used.

  • It's difficult to say why this happens without knowing the process in more detail. All I can suggest is to make sure you are running the latest M-Files release (both server and client) in case there have been some relevant product improvements.

    If this keeps happening and disrupts their daily work too much, I recommend contacting your M-Files reseller for investigation.
