I’m currently working on integrating M-Files with a DocuSign developer account but have run into a roadblock and was hoping someone here might have insights or experience to share.
Here’s the situation:
- I’ve successfully connected M-Files to a real DocuSign account without issues.
- For the developer account, I’ve adjusted the settings in Advanced Vault Configuration as per the integration documentation.
- However, when attempting to authenticate, I receive an OAuth error stating:
“Invalid username or password.”
I’ve double-checked the credentials, but the issue persists.
Has anyone managed to successfully integrate M-Files with a DocuSign developer account? If so, could you share the steps or any specific tweaks you needed to make for the developer environment?
