M-Files doesn't have built-in capabilities for that, notifications are dispatched to each user individually. Extension Kit add-on might be able to do it based on its documentation.

M-Files doesn't have built-in capabilities for that, notifications are dispatched to each user individually. Extension Kit add-on might be able to do it based on its documentation.

Extension Kit has a brilliant tool for E-mail notification. It is not limited to workflow events but can respond to any event in M-Files, and it can send notifications to any known recipient no matter whether they are M-Files users or not. You can us To, CC and BCC, you can specify fixed or dynamic recipient addresses, and dynamic addresses can be groups or individuals. One of my clients even use it in combination with a email to SMS gateway to send text messages to people.

Extension Kit also comes with a very useful set of other modules which makes it an extremely valuable add on to M-Files.
