Separate attachments from external mail sources but keep them in the .msg

Hello,

We have a need with external mail sources to manipulate attachments in M-Files but also keep them in the .msg representing the mail so users can easily forward the mail to other people if needed directly from M-Files.

From our test when configuring the Mail Sources, if "Separate attachments from the message" is unticked, we only have a .msg that users can open in Outlook and contains the attachement. If it's ticked, the .msg is separate but no longer contains the attachement so the user will need to put them back in the forward mail manually.

Is there a way to mix both? Have a copy of the attachement in the multi-file document but still present in the msg?

Also additional question, would it be possible to import all emails from a source directly as multifile? Right now, it's only multifile if there is attachement so we have two different behaviors depending on the case. For instance if a user want to add a new document to go with the mail, they will have to manually convert to a multidocument before doing so.
