HOT issue: Error 12175 calling WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_REQUEST_ERROR

Greeting, i had a working HOT REST configuration, somewhere in the last month(s) it stopped working. M-Files 24.x is running on an Azure server, Authentication type: Bearer

An error occurred while sending the request. Error 12175 calling WINHTTP_CALLBACK_STATUS_REQUEST_ERROR

I only find TLS and certificate related hits but it doesn’t ring a bel, both should be ok

Any suggestions where to look?
