M-Files Web: metadata card blank/empty

Hello!
In our M-Files Web, the metadata card shows as blank whenever an item is activated.
This is an issue that has been ongoing for sometime now. At one point it was working fine.
I checked with other users and this appears to be organisation-wide.

I tried on different browsers, I also tried from my private laptop - still cannot see anything in the metadata card window.

The metadata is showing in metadata card in the Desktop version.
