Would it be possible to create a property with a value list where users can create new values that only they themselves can see?
For example: a property called Person Aggregator, with a value list called Person Aggregators, where only the creator can see the values they have created, keeping them hidden from other users.
I did a quick test and this seems to work if you set the default permissions for new values as (current user) in the value list settings:
The value is then visible only to the user who created it:
Note that admin users can see all the values since they are not restricted by the permissions.
