Hi!
I just noticed the new Visual Workflow feature in the desktop and web clients – it looks great, nice work!
Question: is it possible to hide states that aren't relevant to the end user?
Thanks.

Happy to hear that you are enjoying the visual workflow experience! We are planning to enable the configuration of the displayed states in the next update to this feature later this year.

Thank you Joonas Linkola ,
I agree with Admir, it really is a great new visual.
I am also interested in configuration of the displayed states since we have a lot of technical states that are not interesting to end user.
Do you have any updates on when will this feature be added?
Also, does this have something to do with "Technical state" checkbox in properties of the states? That feature is greyed out to me I can't figure out how to enable it to check it.
The technical state option is exactly what will control the visibility in the future. We are hoping to release this in August, but cannot confirm that yet. Please follow the release notes to see when the enhancements are available.
Thank you for a quick response!
Do you know will those technical states be visible in history/activities of the object?
Although those states are not that relevant for users in the states view on the metadata card, they can be very helpful in history when troubleshooting some issues.
My understanding is that there won't be any changes for the version history now, every version is listed. We may consider adding a filtering option to hide/show the technical states in the history view later.
Sounds great!
