I am writing to report a persistent issue with the M-Files client application.
Every time I scan a document using an Epson scanner, the "Import Files and Folders" dialog appears automatically, even though I have configured the scanner to save files outside of the Temp folder and have tried disabling all related settings and registry keys.
Here is what I have already tried:
- Changed the scanner's output folder to a custom location (e.g., C:\Scanned).
- Grant full permission to folder C:\Users\[CURRENT USER]\AppData\Temp
Despite all these steps, the import dialog still appears automatically after each scan, which disrupts the user experience.
I kindly request your assistance in:
1. Confirming whether this behavior is expected or a bug.
2. Providing a supported method to permanently disable the automatic import dialog after scanning.
