Boolean operators not shown in search options as expected

I may be misunderstanding your question, but the "OR" operator needs to be entered manually in the search query. Please refer to the search examples provided in the user guide for guidance. Selecting the Boolean option does not change the appearance of the search interface.

I see, thanks, still a rookie... but what I was looking for is to use OR between metadata properties. Say, I want the search to return all documents where property A "is not empty" OR property B "is not empty".
