I am unable to deploy a Vault Application (.mfappx) because the M-Files Admin tool is fundamentally broken on my server.

"Install Application" Feature is Missing: The Applications node, the Install Application button, and the Applications option in the right-click menu are all missing or greyed out, preventing standard installation.

Command-Line Tools are Missing: I cannot use the command line as the necessary executables (MFilesAdmin.exe, MFServerAdmin.exe) are not present in the standard versioned paths (\Bin or \Server), and the PowerShell module is missing.

Result: The installation process is completely blocked. Please advise on how to restore the "Install Application" functionality in the M-Files Admin GUI.

    What version of M-Files is this?  Were they there and have disappeared?  Are you running as a user with the system admin role?
