I am unable to deploy a Vault Application (.mfappx) because the M-Files Admin tool is fundamentally broken on my server.

What version of M-Files is this?  Were they there and have disappeared?  Are you running as a user with the system admin role?

25.10.15296.12 all CMD/PS Prompts run as Administrator and I am the Administrator for the Laptop.  Can't even log in... use the correct email address (was username) and password.  Password reset is not working.

I tried but am unable to login with the correct creds, or get a forgot password link and I did submit previously got no reply and the case got closed - not by me :-(
