Unable to enable Annotations

I am getting an error message when enabling Annotations.  The error prompt says: "The Annotations and redlining feature could not be enabled.  Object Type M-Files.Annotation: AllowAdding==false."

I was able to enable annotations in another vault.  by just checking the box in Document Vault Properties Advanced tab.

I don't know why it's not allowing me to do the same in another vault.

    Hmm... Looks like I found the answer..  I was able to enable the annotation in the vault by going into the Annotation Object Properties and selecting the checkboxes: "Users can create object of this type" and "Show the creation command in the task area."
