So we have some documents in a workflow which from a particular state can be moved into one of two different states. Permissions are set on the transitions so that only members of a particular user group can make the change.
All is working OK except for one user. If he clicks into the workflow state box on the metadata card of a document, it lists the two states available, but they're 'greyed out' and he can't choose them. In addition, for all other users, when they select a document, the two available states are instantly show in the Task Area on the left hand side. However for this one particular user they are not shown. I've double-checked and the user is a member of the user group which has permissions to make the state transitions.
Any ideas? I'm a bit baffled.
