Yes I got that too but it still doesn't really give any detail as to the process.  I found the pinned section in the user guide but I had to go hunting.  Also this doesn't give any screen shots or images on what to expect from a user point of view, also whether there is anyway to omit the grouping or have the icon outside of a group. 

I mean once this process is in use the familiarity and need for screen shots may not be necessary but I think it would be useful to be armed with that before the update is rolled out.

Thanks for the feedback. We are planning to start blogging about new features and changes in the desktop client and the first posts should be published in the near future. Hopefully this will give a better understanding on what's changing from the user perspective. Stay tuned!

Thanks for this Joonas that is a great improvement. 

As a suggestion - would it also be possible to include a link in the blog to the instructions/guide in how to update/conduct the improvement?  

For example the pinned was something that affected users because it automatically grouped their pinned items so ideally I would send out an email before the update starts to come through to highlight the change and at the same time give them instructions on how to manage.  

Another example is if the change is something that I (admin user) have to update/manage/prepare before it can be used.  It would be good to have that info upfront.
