Changing IT provider - Guidelines/Advice

We are moving IT provider and I wanted to check if there is any advice, guidance, instructions, preparations I need to do to ensure our M-Files set up 'copies' across.

I have documented a lot of general information about our set up and pulled information from M-Files in terms of setting up server etc etc but didn't know if there is a specific process we need to adapt?

Has anyone done this before and if so what was your experience like?

Any pointers greatly appreciated.

The user guide has instructions on moving vaults to a new server so I suppose this would be applicable in your case: www.m-files.com/.../faq_how_do_i_migrate_my_document_vaults_to_a_new_server.html

Agree with Joonas. New IT provider simply means new server. Install M-Files, install SSL certificates, restore the master database and then the vaults. You will need to configure notification settings and make sure firewall has the required ports open as allways when installing M-Files on a new on premise server.
