Export documents with annotations

I don't think this is currently possible unfortunately. The annotations are saved as separate objects in the vault so you would have to first "burn" the annotations to a PDF before exporting the files. There is an option to do that in the annotation toolbar (Save Copy As...) but this requires you to save the annotated version manually for each document, there isn't a way to do this for all annotated documents in the vault as a mass operation.

We have an open improvement request (ID 144836) to add annotation operations to the M-Files API so that at least you would be able to develop a custom tool to handle this kind of a mass export.
